Nootropics with coffee, in this quiz, means stirring caffeine-free Keto Brainz Nootropic Creamer into coffee you already drink.
That is the default coffee stack, and it does not add a second caffeine product on top of the cup.
The creamer powder has no caffeine. Each serving includes 250 mg L-theanine, the theanine amount used with caffeine in the trial below. The label also lists Alpha-GPC at 300 mg, Lion's Mane at 500 mg, and 8 g C8 MCT. This page does not cite a trial for the Alpha-GPC or Lion's Mane amounts.
Haskell and colleagues gave healthy adults 250 mg L-theanine, 150 mg caffeine, both together, or placebo. The combination improved rapid visual information processing accuracy, simple reaction time, numeric working memory reaction time, and sentence verification accuracy. L-theanine alone increased headache ratings and reduced correct serial-seven subtractions, so the creamer is paired with coffee rather than offered as a stimulant by itself. The trial used 150 mg of caffeine, which is more than the 60 mg in one KETOSTART sachet, so those doses are not the same.
Keto Brainz + Audacious Nutrition KETOSTART! ($111.99) is a different quiz path. It replaces the plain creamer when energy or keto is the main goal, coffee is already a habit, the time is morning, the format is a home jar, and the stack is not stim-free. It is not the default nootropics-with-coffee recommendation.
